This place was the ideal spot for a bachelor party. Great entertainment / hangout setup and very comfortable sleeping accommodations. It’s also a quick uber into town, so the location is good! Would definitely recommend for any bachelor / bachelorette party.

Austin was truly a superior host. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. For a group of 10 on a bachelor party we all were able to sleep comfortably and had a ton of fun enjoying all of the amenities there were to offer, especially the pool table. I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a perfect house for our group of 15 girls! It was a great layout for people to have their own space while also providing different hangout spots for us to all be in at times. It was easy to get to and from the airport and also to and from downtown! The house was updated and clean and had such great amenities for us to use! Austin was SUPER responsive for any questions or requests we had and SUPER accommodating to things we needed! A wonderful stay for a girls Bachlorette weekend! I would definitely stay here again or send it to friends!

We booked a last-minute Airbnb for the 4th of July weekend to spend time with family. I can’t say enough good things about this house! The space is really well-furnished, and Austin, the host, has it stocked with Starbucks coffee beans to grind, hot cocoa, Topo Chico, lots of condiments, shampoo, conditioner, paper plates, cups, even bug spray! He truly thought of everything a guest might need. Austin checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The garage is also fully equipped with games and activities, so there’s no chance of getting bored during your stay. I highly recommend this house. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved staying at this gem in East Austin. We had a group of 10 (tall) adults and we fit perfectly in this amazing space. Hot tub, gas fire pit, oversized connect four, outdoor Jenga, frisbee set up. Everything was as described & better. There was enough space to either hang out all together or step away for some quiet time. Austin was a great host — very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely book again.. and again & again. Thank you for such a great weekend.

The house was perfect for our group of 10! We had an amazing time and Austin was super responsive and flexible with us on check-out time. We appreciated that very much!! House was pristine, and bathrooms well stocked with everything you need and more. They even had a storage closet with extras if we needed anything.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults! It was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area were so well stocked that we didn’t have to go out and buy the extras that we forgot to take. The garage/game room was amazing! We spent more time in there than I thought we would. Parking was easy, and drive time to everywhere we wanted to go was short. I would absolutely stay here again!

Austin’s place was a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, and it had all the amenities the listing said it had. We enjoyed getting to shoot pool and hang out playing board games when we were at the AirBNB. It was also super conveniently located. Austin was very responsive to all my questions and I’d happily stay at a place they host again!
